Requirements
● At least three years of relevant experience and a proven track record of delivering substantial business results. Experience should cover areas of process analysis, business analysis, and project management, preferably within a Telecom services firm.
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems Management, Information Technology Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Telecoms.
● Familiarity with Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) and Decision Modeling Notation (DMN).
● Certified Business Process Associate (CBPA) preferred, or willingness to obtain.
● Lean/Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification (or higher) is preferred, but not required.
● Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform complex problem solving.
● Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, monitor, and complete multiple tasks or projects, either independently or collaboratively within a team.
● Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on building trusting relationships with business partners and their leadership team.
● Demonstrated relationship builder; able to establish both internal and external working relationships in order to identify and implement strategies for business growth.
● Advanced computer skills, with proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint and Visio.
