Job Description

As a Business Controller, you will be responsible for establishing a uniform approach to financial production compliance across the LMT network and ensuring best practices are shared by the oversight of financial accounting, taxation, treasury, and financial reporting. Role description: ● Drive the financial compliance efforts across LMT. Establish and maintain a strong internal controls environment (ICQ etc.) for production-related controls and derived controls in collaboration with sales affiliates for financial and procurement processes across sites. ● Responsible for accurate financial accounting across the LMT management team and site in collaboration with sales affiliates in compliance with international financial reporting standards. and Novo Nordisk accounting manual. ● Plan (AB/RE/RE2/MTP/LTP): consolidate data, drive budget discussion with dept, prepare a submission, define allocation keys. ● Guide site finance personnel on best practice processes and internal controls; and implementation thereof. Identification of competence gaps and development and providing training to sites. ● Manage the month-end and year-end financial closing process ensuring accurate reflection of LM activities in the accounting. ● Maintain effective and on-time internal accounting processes and transactions, including, receivables or payables, fixed assets, Month-end and Year-end period closing, billing, and other routine accounting functions.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or related fields. ● Minimum 3 years of experience in business controlling, preferably in multinational companies. ● Knowledge of Tax, VAT, budgeting, and writing accounting journals. ● Knowledge of SAP. ● Great communication skills. ● Proactive and supportive. ● Advanced level of English.
