Identify and prioritize the processes of the target company/business unit and identify the owner of each process.
Plan, design, and monitor the required reports in order to develop new business insights and compile and present business solution reports.
Perform initial analysis to assess the quality of the data.
Hold process discovery meetings with process owners/representatives in departments for gathering details to identify the following:
Work alongside teams within the business or the management team to establish business needs.
Improve the processes (to-be) at different levels from a system map (very high level) to an integrated flow chart (with all details) using BPMN.
Write SOP and user manuals for each process.
Analyze complex business problems and determine IT solutions and Provide system requirements to the IT department to create systems, dashboards, tools, etc.
Requirements
At least 4 years of related experience.
Problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Visio, and Word).
