Job Description

• Coordinating budgeting process including: o preparation of budget assumptions including different scenarios o following up subsidiaries and projects budget preparation o reviewing received budgets against assumptions and objectives o coordinating holding budgeting committee meetings to sign-off budgets • Screening economic environment and industry regulations to identify changes in budget assumptions and parameters • Reviewing performance against budgets and create managerial reports including deviations and suggest to revise budgets if necessary • Maintain management control system including: o defining KPIs o coordinating KPI measurement, reviewing performance and preparing managerial reports o following up improvement actions plans • Coordinating strategic planning process

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience • Detail oriented and organized with strong work ethics • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills • Strong analytical skills • Sufficient knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) • High level of self-motivation, dependability with strong sense of urgency • Familiar with contracts principles • Good knowledge in English and office tools specially Microsoft Excel
