Job Description

•Main Objective: Senior Brand Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of the plans for a segment/brand that will establish and maintain current and long-range marketing. The Senior Brand Manager manages all aspects of a brand/product line. •Main responsibilities: -Deliver the Brand Plans and activity plans for home care in Iran -Full end responsibility for home care: grow brand equity, grow revenue, grow Value/volume Market Share, build innovations, secure- & monitor perfect execution with relation with Trade and Sales teams -Work cross functionally with the Turkey HQ Home Care team. Localize the Global plans in relation to the local market -Champion the consumer needs (insights) and brand passion within the overall business -Develop and implement destination portfolio roadmap including product range & quality, brand development, value delivery for consumers, pricing & affordability, range -Development of marketing & category plans that seizes opportunities on all 6P (proposition, product, promotion, pack, price, place) & 5C (consumer, connect, commerce, content, community) -Translate marketing plans into a volume plans & optimize commercial opportunities -Ensure a single-minded communication message is created for all campaigns in line with the brand building communication plan (team), consistent with category needs -Develop & lead implementation of activations based on the brand plan working with creative agencies -Monitor and review effectiveness of innovation- & renovation program to learn for future and ensure continued focus on & support of innovations once launched -Champion competitive behavior & mindset throughout the business and translate it into marketing activities to grow brand share -Have strong understating of Marketing Plans and Budgeting to ensure KPIs


-Marketing experience – ideally must include 4 to 5 years brand management experience -Holistic business thinking exposure with clear evidence of addressing business challenges and delivery -Strong understanding of the Home Care business is a plus point -Ideal Age Range: 30 - 38 -Language skills Farsi, English & Turkish
