Job Description

•Main Objective: We are looking for an experienced Brand specialist who is passionate about handling brands, executing projects & activation. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and you will execute strategies that grow internal and external brands reputation, improve customer experience, and drive growth. •Main responsibilities: -Analyze how our brand is positioned in the market -Align with cross functional team on brand activation calendar & execute brand related projects & activation -Participate in creative development and deliver within timelines -Oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy -Support Marketing function in managing external agencies & deliverable from them -Develop and execute brand management plans -Coordinate brand related activities with marketing and advertising Vendors -Identify brand-building area -Formation of brand identity and ensuring the brand consistency in all customer touch points -Ensure that marketing activities are in line with brand identity and brand values -Analyze and support marketing plans to align with brand strategy and achieve annual operating plan goals -Develop brand positioning strategies -Leverage customer insight data to refine brand management -Develop plans to maximize brand equity and brand loyalty -Ensure brand communication for areas of responsibility are consistent with the company and brand positioning -Assist in development and refinement of uniform graphic standards and visual brand strategies

Requirements

-Master's degree in Marketing, Brand Management, or MBA -Minimum 5 years of work experience in related fields, -Familiar with principles of strategic brand management and strategic marketing management, and CRM -Experienced in Public Relationship Management -Highly experienced in presentation skills -Highly creative with ability to think out of box -Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking -Advanced communication and interpersonal skills -Fluency in English -Gender Preference: Male -Ideal Age Range: 28 - 38
