Description of the role: As the Senior Brand Digital Designer, your job is to create key art assets and style guides that fuel our digital channels including ecommerce, social media, digital advertising, product marketing, and brand storytelling. Focused primarily on our digital audience and consumer you will work closely with the Product and Marketing leads to bring seasonal stories to life, building digital asset packages, paid social media campaigns and experiential brand marketing. In addition to high level design skills, we are looking for whose talent potentially extends into motion graphics, illustration, presentation design, retouching, or other related disciplines. This position will be a critical player on our creative and digital marketing, Reporting to our marketing manager, Experience developing consumer campaigns and working across mediums is critical with a keen understanding of layout and visual hierarchy on desktop, mobile, email, social media, and interactive experiences will be vital for success. Responsibilities: Cooperation with marketing team in digital planning ,To execute the digital campaigns and to accelerate the social media activities Digital-first design experience with knowledge of social media Designing all of the digital content such as website, blogs, press releases and podcasts, infographics, videos, etc . Drive traffic to company pages by Management of the social media channels, such as posting the content in any time of the day, publishing and disseminating the digital and graphical through the networks. Monitor and report and present analytics on effectiveness of digital marketing communications to marketing manager Monitor and report on competitors' digital activities and preparing monthly reports Strong communication and research with all the digital audience to response to their complaints and concerns, hence create the brand loyalty by digital activities through these channels Responsible for managing the communication and “account” with the digital agencies, interview, brief and hire third party graphic designers, web designers, and videographers to create unique and engaging content Manage all the Public Relation and advertising materials on different channels such as website, Linked In Strong Attention to Detail, Develop and implement SEO, PPC, Google AdWords, Content Management Systems, Photoshop, InDesign, Facebook, Twitter, Microsoft Office Coordination, implementation and supervision of online sales and providing executive suggestions for the development of online sales

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, or a related discipline is preferred 3+ years’ experience designing & digital marketing in a brand In-depth experience in mobile-first optimization and design Proficiencies across the Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign Robust experience in A/B testing of UI/UX design with Conversion Rate Optimization team to ensure optimized user experience and minimize drop off user rates. Additionally, running A/B conversion optimization for use case scenarios Technical understanding of working with developers and implementation of UX Strong understanding of Social Media; Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linked in, Telegram and … Strong in digital marketing concepts and virtual networks analyzing Strong in digital public media and marketing in them Additional qualification in web design or animation is a plus Strong communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills A finger-on-pulse pursuit of new techniques in software, social media applications, and digital communication Team work skills/respect to hierarchy Personally traits: Proactive, creative and self-motivated, Punctual, Hardworking and flexible personality Age Range: 24 - 34
