Job Description

Job Summary As a senior B2B sales specialist, you’ll play a key role in both proactively targeting key accounts. You will build an effective long-term relationship with the merchants and perform sets of sales activities to help the organization run effectively, efficiently, and in support of business strategies and objectives. Responsibilities ● Conduct market research (analyze competition landscape, the efficiency of sales strategies, etc.). ● Negotiate with companies to sign contracts for B2B sales and achieve forecasted sales goals. ● Follow the sales pipeline and source leads. ● Assist in the development of long-term strategic objectives. ● Help execute sales activities that will ensure sales growth objectives. ● Set demo sessions with the potential merchants and represent the company at meetings. ● Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. ● Anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions. ● Try to increase the satisfaction rate of important merchants.

Requirements

● 3 to 5 years of related experience (e.g. as a sales specialist, business analyst, etc.) ● At least a Bachelor’s degree in Management-related fields or Industrial Engineering. ● Familiarity with organizational sales and tele-sales techniques. ● Mastering the principles and techniques of negotiation and persuasive ability. ● Proper expression technique. ● Ability to make decisions and solve problems. ● Accountability and continuous follow-up. ● Verbal clarity and discourse skills. ● High emotional intelligence. ● Advanced skills in Microsoft Office. ● English proficiency is a plus.
