Job Description
As the leading cross border M&A house in Iran with a track-record of executing industry defining transactions, we are expanding our investment banking and private equity team. As part of a team of internationally experienced bankers with multiple live landmark M&A mandates and private equity deals, the chosen candidate will have exciting development opportunities, nonetheless, should also be highly motivated and eager to learn. • Leading day to day execution of cross border M&A transactions • Cultivating relationships with senior clients and originating deals • Working closely with industry advisors on evaluating and building business cases for Private Equity investments • Active coaching of junior team members
Requirements
• 4-6 years of work experience in finance preferably in Investment Banking and Corporate Finance • In depth knowledge of M&A processes, valuation methodologies, deal structuring, impactful presentations and capital markets • Although a generalist, knowledge of the consumer and tech sectors is a plus • Experience in M&A and fluency in English (both speaking and writing) are necessary • Ability to work long hours and travel at relatively short notice • At least a MSc degree from a top-tier institution is strongly preferred • Proficiency with MS Office Suite • Strong Persian and English written and verbal communication skills • Core modeling and valuation experience • Outstanding analytical and research skills
