Job Description
• Perform routine administration and following up preventative maintenance schedule. • Organizing, planning and following up the internal activities related to services and transportation. • Organizes the daily logistics administrative tasks in the office. • Contributing in preparing and submitting purchasing requisitions to suppliers, receiving and confirming the relevant documents.
Requirements
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, MBA, or other related fields. • Minimum 3 years' experience in the field of procurement, purchasing and administration affairs, with experience in supervising others. • Strong attention to details and excellent organizational skills. • Ability to work to deadlines, under pressure and the willingness to put in the extra hours, when needed. • Proficiency in Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills. • Proper communication and written English skills.
