Job Description

• Providing creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance; • Monitoring the performance of the accounting department & the authenticity of documents and attachments based on accounting standards; • Summarizing financial status by collecting information and preparing balance sheet, profit and loss, and other statements; • Making recommendations based on analysis and status of reserves, assets and expenditures; • Manage and analyze budget and create financial forecasts; • Assisting in the development and implementation of accounting process controls; • Coordinating more complex accounting projects and initiatives with other members of the accounting and finance team or with other departments; • Spearhead the reconciliation of bank accounts and monitor cash flow accounts; • Assisting in Performing month-end & year-end close procedures as well as preparation of the Financial Statements and performance reports; • Completing external audit by analyzing and scheduling general ledger accounts and providing information for auditors; • Protecting organization’s value by keeping information confidential; • Documenting and monitoring internal controls in support of auditing team; • Create and present detailed reports for upper management.
