Job Description

• Supervising on daily accounting records & transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliations. • Create timely and accurate accounting reports and present them to company's executives and senior management • Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted plan to actual results • -Monitoring inventory, treasury, personnel, credits / guarantees / facilities, main customers / suppliers accounts periodically. • Monitor the performance of the accounting department & the authenticity of documents and attachments based on accounting standards • -Assist in Performing month-end & year-end close procedures as well as preparation of the Financial Statements and performance reports. • Participate in Payroll and preparation of periodic HRM reports and Performance appraisal calculations. • Cash flow management • Cost Benefit Analysis Reporting to: Finance Manager.

Requirements

• Minimum BSc degree in Accounting/ Finance. • At least 10 years of accounting experience - At least 3 years of supervising / managing experience. • Fluency in English is a must • Good command of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel) skills. And Internet particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel. • Good knowledge of accounting software (Sepidar / Hamkaran System / Nosa) • Familiarity with tax, Insurance, Accounting standards and Business rules • Fluent in industrial accounting and foreign commercial accounting • Strategic Planning, Financial Diagnosis, Tax, Corporate Finance, Analyzing Information , Legal Compliance, Results Driven, Deadline-Oriented, Reporting Skills, Dealing with Complexity, Accounting • Solid analytical skills • Strong, professional communication and management accounting skills • Attention to details & high-level precision in working • Ability to work on strict timelines • Very good at problem analysis and problem solving and Time management • -Self-motivated & able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines • Excellent team work skills. • To be able to make timely decisions in a complex environment under pressure • Patient, punctual, focused and self-confident. • Strong communication (oral and written) skills • Have a keen eye and display excellent attention to detail
