Job Description
- Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general structure.
- Prepare, examine and analyze accounting records, financial statements and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
- Establish tables of accounts and assign entries to proper accounts.
- Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close.
- Develop, maintain and analyze accounts, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs.
- Assist in development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department.
- Assist the Controller in the daily banking requirements.
- Making a friendly atmosphere with other team members in accounting Dpt.
- Responding to request of other departments in the company.
