Job Description

• Responsible for daily financial operations and routine accounting activities • Record financial information and provide reports • Modification of accounting documents in closing • Pricing of warehouse receipt and control of purchase and supplier accounts including fixed assets, material & other purchases. • Stock controlling • All affairs of treasury including checking the bank accounts, issue the cheques, treasury accounting etc. •Responsible for monthly verification of payroll with the coordination of HR including incentives, overtime, etc. and monthly accrual for staff benefits & make general entries accordingly. • Reconcile accounts with customers and suppliers • Secures financial information by completing data base backups •Report to Accounting Director

Requirements

• B.A or M.A. in Financial Management / Accounting or related • At least 7 years’ experience in accounting • Familiar with Rahkaran System accounting software • Good command of MS Office (Excel) • Ability to function under pressure • Ability to multi task • Being accurate •Familiar with tax and VAT
