Job Description

Objective of the role: The senior accountant will be responsible for the smooth running of all company transactions, the accurate and timely reporting of all financial and legal reports, the execution of accurate and detailed financial analyses in particular in relation to the company's operations. List of responsibilities: • The building of the Finance team • Advancing and managing of the company’s financial reporting system • Advancing and managing of the employee compensation packages • Improving and managing the company’s financial accounts • Managing and controlling the company’s financial transactions and etc. • Developing and maintaining cash flow and cash planning structures • Streamlining and aligning the IT operations modules with finance • Drafting, managing, maintaining and controlling the company’s books and tax declarations as well as other financially-related legal practices. • The candidate must be proficient and analytically-minded in the area of financial systems analysis especially in relation to the company’s operations systems. • Familiar with financial processes associated with e-commerce companies • Other activities . Reporting to: The CEO and the Board of Directors. Subordinates: One or two junior accountants. Length of Probation Period: 3 months. Working hours: 8:30 am - 5 pm (Saturday to Wednesday). Flexibility outside these working hours is required.
