Job Description

- Designing, training, implementing, monitoring, and controlling cost and financial accounting processes and procedures - Financial transactions entry and monitoring in all finance areas - Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported and Monitoring the day-to-day Trade financial operations within the Procurement, sales, production & Financial Department for proper invoicing, and other transactions - Production Cost Accounting monitoring and optimizing - Reviewing and validating the chart of account for manufacturing industries - Fixed Asset Management - Designing account payable and account receivable postings per different Item groups - Prepare reconciliation reports including bank and other modules with GL and accounts - Validating financial reports related to GL, account payables, account receivables, fixed assets, expenses, Invoices etc. - Month closing and Year end management - Monitoring the Inventory counting - Collecting, interpreting and reviewing financial information of Trade including Sale and Purchase processes - Arrange for Payment to vendors and collection form customers in coordination with Treasury - Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company
