• Developing strategies to optimize and develop the seeds line of products
• Running tests and monitors closely the growth of plants and evaluate product testing
• Establish programs and campaigns follow with monitoring activities
• Being update in market in order to develop realistic marketing programs
Requirements
• A degree in Agricultural Engineering (at least Bachelor)
• Having at least 7 years related experience
• Extensive Knowledge of seed products
• Ability of synthesis and analysis
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
