Job Description

Main duties and responsibilities: The tasks will mainly relate to but are not limited to: ● Provide security guarding service to ensure the safety and security of embassy staff members, visitors, customers, and contractors as well as protect all buildings within the embassy premises. ● Monitor access and conduct searches and inspections of persons, parcels, vehicles, etc. ● As a front-line employee/receptionist, receive and guide visitors and customers in a professional and respectful way. ● Be alert and vigilant at all times and proactively respond to incidents and emergencies in accordance with established instructions and procedures. ● Do ad hoc tasks. Employment conditions: ● Recruited guards are subjected to the terms and conditions of labor law according to the Staff Rules of the Danish Embassy in Tehran. ● Type of contract: full-time; time-limited contract with a probation period of three months. ● Working hours: maximum 42 hours per week and guards must be able to work in a rotating shift system. Any overtime and extraordinary posting will be compensated by additional leave unless by exceptional order. ● Any engagement in other jobs is strictly forbidden. ● The amount of salary depends on your abilities. The chosen candidates must present a “No Criminal Record” and pass security clearance by the Danish authorities prior to the appointment.
