Administration & Secretarial Assistant -Respond to calls, emails, and routine letters; direct inquiries to the appropriate person -Manage schedules and calendars; arrange, coordinate, and schedule meetings; prepare meeting documents -Coordinate conferences; complete conference registrations for company employees; make travel arrangements for office personnel
