Job Description

We are a pharmaceutical company and looking for a subtle, planner and multi-tasks person as secretary who is seeking opportunities and proposes solutions. • Storage, maintenance and record of documents, preparing letters and official correspondences. • Answering and dealing with incoming and outgoing telephone calls. • Making travel and accommodation arrangements for Company staff. • Coordinating internal and external meetings and any office works.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor or Master's degree preferably in English translation/management/ communications from reputable university. • At least 2 years’ experience in related field, fluent English. • Excellent knowledge of MS office specially excel, word and outlook.
