Job Description

- Ability to manage internal office - Answering phone calls - Handling incoming mail and other material (Telegram & WhatsApp) - Assisting the management in other tasks and activities - Coordinating meetings and appointments - Archiving reports, memos, letters and other documents - Working hours: Sat-Wednesday 8:30 am- 5:30 pm, Thursday 12:30 pm(Thursdays are closed one in each 2 weeks)

Requirements

- High energy level and flexibility - 2 years of experience - Effective communication and public relations - Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Internet - Age Range: 28 - 38 - Ability to handle multiple tasks - Being very responsible and creative - Good team worker - University degree - Gender: Female - Applicant must be based in Tehran
