Job Description

-Answering telephones, handling incoming and outgoing correspondences, fax, e-mails -Type & dispatch office letters -Arranging meetings, events, travel arrangements and etc. -Manage office related affairs and communications, routine tasks and schedules -Archive, maintain, and recording documents and official correspondences in a professional manner -Daily tasks of Managing director -Working Schedule: Saturday to Wednesday / 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM /Thursday :8:30AM- 1PM

Requirements

-At least 1 year of experience-Advance capabilities in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) -Accounting knowledge and experience -Disciplined -Commitment, responsibility, ethics -Strong communication skills and public relations -Organizational abilities -Ideal Age Range: 20 - 30 Gender Preference: Female
