Job Description

Full time secretary - Answering telephones, handling incoming and outgoing correspondences, fax, e-mails, etc. - Type & dispatch office letters - Arranging meetings, events, travel arrangements and etc. - Manage office related affairs and communications, routine tasks and schedules - Archive, maintain, and recording documents and official correspondences in a professional manner - Daily tasks of Managing director - Working Schedule: Saturday to Wednesday / 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Requirements

- Advance capabilities in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) - Accounting knowledge and experience - Disciplined - Commitment, responsibility, ethics - At least 3 years of experience - Strong communication skills and public relations - Organizational abilities
