Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience as secretary or CEO assistant in a medium or large size company
- Fast typing skill (English & Persian)
- Computer knowledge; windows & Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook)
- Fluent in English (speaking, writing and comprehension)
- Excellent organization and good communication skills
- Self-development, Self-learning and Self-motivation
- Ability to multi-task, problem solving and work under pressure and meet required deadlines
- Ability to maintain good relationship with staff and customers
- Able to manage critical situations
- High level of team working skills
