Schedule 3- Arranging appointment meeting T booking the ticket and hotel Manage all incoming and outgoing (meeting email Letters packages ....) 4- Use computers for various app licationsTsushas database T typing T excel T PowerPoint getting information from internet, (Photoshop) 5- Answer phone and give information to callers transfer calls to appropriate individuals 6- Operate office equipment sochas fax T copiers, 7 Have good relationship with stuff and client 8- Have good experience in social media is advantages

Requirements

Academic back ground: At least B.A in management T engineering Min 5-10 years in administrate / position secretary Expert in English, position secretary Expert in English, (speaking, writing) Excellent telephone manner Good planner, patience, flexibility, team worker, hard worker and seriousinwork and work No Limit for overtime work
