Job Description
-Maintaining department schedule by maintaining calendars for department personnel; arranging meetings, conferences
-Preparing reports by collecting information and completing database
-Contributing with other team for accomplishing related results as needed
-Assisting to handle all incoming/ outgoing correspondence, answering phone calls, faxes and other documents for the management
-Organizing, planning, controlling and following up the internal activities related to managers
-Assisting in providing all supporting documents, information and other reports as assigned
-Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings
-Greeting public and clients and direct them to the correct staff member
-Arrangement of all flights and hotels for business and other trips
-Documentation and correspondence follow-up
-Logging, data entering and keeping the files updated
-Collect and disseminate internal and external information, inquiries, documentation and contacts by using telephones, mail services, websites, and emails
