- Maintaining department schedule by maintaining calendars for department personnel; arranging meetings, conferences
- Completing requests by greeting customers, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
- Maintaining customer confidence and protecting operations by keeping information confidential.
- Preparing reports by collecting information
- Securing information by completing database backups.
- Contributing to sales team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Assisting to handle all incoming/ outgoing correspondence, answering phone calls, faxes and other documents for the management.
- Organizing, planning, controlling and following up the internal activities related to the CEO
- Assisting in providing all supporting documents, information and other reports as assigned by CEO
- Organizing and maintaining diaries and scheduling and keeping appointments
- Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings
- Greeting public and clients and direct them to the correct staff member
