Job Description

-Set up appointment schedules and meetings of the manager according to the scheduled accomplishment -Presentation of all incoming letters for attentioning managers -Presenting letters to inform the manager and obtain relevant instructions Preparing and drafting correspondence letters and administrative letters for approval of the unit manager -Setting up all meeting to obtain the required approvals -Collecting information required by the manager to compile classified reports and charter tables -Follow up Duties raised by the manager to achieve expected results -Creating communication and accountability to colleagues to advance actions

Requirements

-Having a bachelor's degree or Masters in Humanities-management-public relations-foreign language -Excellent written and oral communication skills -Enthusiastic, inspiring, motivated, and creative -Excellent communication and presentation skills -Energetic, self-motivated with a good team work spirit -Proficient in Microsoft office -Compatibility and Flexibility -Problem solving skill -Being honest -Time management skill -Near vision -Ideal Age Range: Maximum 35
