Job Description
- Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
- Bookkeeping and first level accountant role in the company
- Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments (taking minutes)
- Typing, preparing and collating reports and filing
- Managing databases
- Implementing new procedures and administrative systems
-Liaising with relevant organizations and clients/customers
- Coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks
- Logging or processing bills or expenses
- Acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients
- Doing simple commercial documentation and translations
- Managing one's own time and the time of others
