Job Description

We are looking for a motivated, Multi-task and self-moto Secretary for our new office in Tajrish, Tehran. - Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence - Bookkeeping and first level accountant role in the company - Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments (taking minutes) - Typing, preparing and collating reports and filing - Managing databases - Implementing new procedures and administrative systems -Liaising with relevant organizations and clients/customers - Coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks - Logging or processing bills or expenses - Acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients - Doing simple commercial documentation and translations - Managing one's own time and the time of others

Requirements

- Minimum 4 years of work experience in related areas - Preferably a university degree in Accountancy or commercial relations. - written and verbal fluency in English - The ability to perform multi-tasks, detail oriented and delivering the tasks on time. - The ability to communicate information and ideas in speaking so others will understand.
