Job Description

- Organize & Coordinate internal and external meetings - Organizing and maintaining schedules and making appointments - Handling telephone enquiries and requests, email, faxes and post - Follow up all the tasks assigned by the management and report the results immediately - Preparing, typing and archiving letters and documents. - Managing correspondence office and maintaining accurate administration records

Requirements

- At least a Bachelor degree - Minimum 2 years relevant experience - Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Excellent skills in Microsoft Office and Internet. - Ideal Age Range: 25 to 38 years - Gender: Male \Female - Residence: Tehran
