Job Description

We are looking for a talented executive secretary for Amodern Central Office located in Farmaniye who should manage all office internal affairs including: • To promote professional Amodern image and be a front face of the company for all visitors and callers • To operate office equipment such as fax machines, copiers and phone systems. Using computers for spreadsheet, word processing, database management and other applications • To answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages or transfer calls to appropriate individuals. • To greet, welcome visitors or callers and handle their inquiries or direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs. Book and set up meeting room based on requirements, fulfill any special needs required for each meeting • Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival • Book transportation for visitors, staff and guests when required • To set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence and other material. • To open, read, archiving and distribute incoming mail or other materials and answer routine letters • Processing incoming and outgoing post and packages etc. • Supporting our employees and the various departments with organizational and administrative matters • Managing office budget and all the payments related to office utilities, maintenance, etc.

Requirements

• University qualification: bachelor degree • Good knowledge in MS. Office • 3 year work experience in similar role • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Direction, reactivity and flexibility • Age: 25 to 30
