Job Description

Follow up all the tasks assigned by the CEO and report the results immediately. Arranging, Managing and organizing CEO daily, weekly and monthly schedule. Answering calls, taking messages, respond to emails and compose letters. Performing administrative tasks, including printing, scanning, and photocopying. Filing and keeping records both manually and electronically. Manage all incoming and outgoing (meetings, email, letters, packages, etc.) Arranging and booking air ticket & taxi as required Ordering and maintaining stationary and equipment

Requirements

Hold a bachelor degree Over 3 years of clerical experience Be expert and professional in word and excel. Be experienced in preparing and writing official letters. Be able to work independently. Ability to Work under Pressure, Time Management, adaptability, leadership ability, good negotiation skills, team work, excellent communication skills, excellent search skills, good knowledge of English language is a MUST.
