Job Description
- Calls: Answering and dealing with incoming and outgoing telephone calls (handle phone calls, take messages, or direct them to appropriate individuals) and responsible for receiving, dispatching, storage of fax and printing
- Emails: Monitoring incoming emails and answering or forwarding as required
- Records: Archiving, maintenance and record of documents, preparing letters, reports, contact lists, memos and official correspondences in Farsi and in a professional way.
- Market research: Online market research and maintaining databases.
- Travel bookings: Business related travel bookings for associates & applying for visas, tickets & hotels.
- Schedules: Maintaining schedules and calendars.
- Support: Administrative and secretarial support to the VP and Director of business Development
- Relation with colleagues: Maintaining excellent relations with all managers, colleagues and staff.
- Reporting to: Vice President.
- Subordinates: No subordinates.
