Job Description
The successful candidate should perform all the administrative tasks in the company including of general and daily administrative tasks, letter writing, and official correspondence.
Also, he/she should carry out the affairs related to contractors, and resolve the issues related to contracts. Also, he/she should follow up all steps of attending the fairs and do all of required tasks in each step. Moreover, the successful candidate should handle the tasks which are the financial issues of the company.
These tasks are mainly the handling of added value, handling seasonal deals, getting to know various types of insurance and working appropriately with all of them, managing the funds of employees, managing the issues related to the receive and pay, and resolving the issues related to the receiving of financial claims.
Furthermore, the selected candidate should get to know about the sales. Finally, the selected candidate should arrange the daily and weekly schedule of CEO. Also, he/she should have strong relations with marketing and technical-engineering parts of the company in order to solve the problems and make the performing of tasks faster.
