Job Description
Some duties will include but not be limited to:
-Handle all secretarial affairs like typing, answering phone, reserving hotels, booking flights and etc.
-Prepare weekly and monthly report in Excel
-Provide general administrative support such as preparing and composing correspondences, arranging meetings, processing confidential documents, tracking deadlines, forms and reports, filing electronic and hard copy, etc.
-Acts as contact person for members of the team, costumers and guests and supports them with regular requests
-Coordinates meetings and events
-Maintain schedules and calendars
-Be responsible for managing petty-cash fund
-Assist colleagues whenever necessary
-Any other assigned tasks by the direct manager
-Reporting to : Sales Manager
-Duration: Permenant
-Desired start date: ASAP
-Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday: 8:15 - 17:30
