Job Description

-Reply to the letters and e-mails sent by management and other staff -Set up and register appointments and meetings of manager -Working with computers (Word, Excel, etc.) -Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals -Maintaining documents, such as attendance records, correspondence, or other material

Requirements

- At least 3 years of work experience in related fields - Advanced communication and interpersonal skills - Microsoft office proficiency is required (word & excel) - Fluency in English - Full attention to detail, high learning ability and follow up to achievement
