Job Description
Sea Freight Operations' sole focus is to manage Sea-Freight inquiries and bookings including customer service management coordinating with the sales, accounting, and management departments
- Correspondence with International & Local Agents/Carriers/NVOCC for pricing and operations purposes
- Monitoring Sea shipments from A-Z
- Documentation, and liaising with agents, sales team, accounting, and clients
- Shipment Management using company software
- Delivery Order, warehouse receipt, and EPL
- Generate monthly reports for the Management
- Salary: Negotiable
