Job Description

Job description: ● Lead several Scrum professional teams. ● Ensure that Scrum events are held optimally. ● Identify barriers facing the product development team and follow up and refer problems to senior managers if needed. ● Develop agility-related training programs at the team level. ● Lead and coach Agile teams. ● Help the product owner to have a correct and tidy backlog. ● Ability to define Documentation Standards. ● Provide appropriate weekly reports of team performance and product progress percentage to managers.

Requirements

Requirements: ● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering and IT. ● Have experience or knowledge of agile project management methodology in the software. ● Complete familiarity with the concepts of Scrum. ● Excellent verbal communication skills in negotiations and conflict situations, capabilities Scrum coach, Scrum Event Schedule and high interaction with people. ● Sufficient experience in the acceleration of development processes. ● Have high morale in research on issues and Self Study. ● Thinker, creative, and team spirit high. Optimal competencies: ● At least one year experience as Scrum Master. ● Certified Scrum Master first level (PSM1, CSM). ● Familiarity with agile scalable frameworks such as LeSS, Nexus, SAFe, DAD, etc. ● Familiarity with lean development tools such as Kanban. ● Familiarity with ERP concepts. ● Familiarity with project control issues and its software.
