Job Description
-This Job advertisement is for MECO-MAPCS(MAPNA Automation & Process Control System) specialized in design and development of DCS\ PLC and RTU units ***
-Training Scrum to development team and helps team focus on delivery of high-quality stories on a predictable, sustainable cadence
-Facilitating Daily Stand-up.
-Facilitating the Sprint events (Planning, Review, Retrospective, grooming)
-Capturing end-of-day metrics and prepare Burn-Down and Burn-Up Charts for Daily Stand-up.
-Updating the current release’s Release Plan based on completed stories and changes from the Sprint.
-Assessing the velocity of the team
-Reviewing backlog depth with the Product Owner in preparation for future release planning activities.
-Guiding and Coaching the Scrum Team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values.
-Supporting and educating the Technical Lead and Product Owner, especially with respect to refining (aka grooming) and managing the product backlog.
-Maintain Epics and Stories in agile tools and generate metrics and reports for associated scrum teams
