Job Description

TechranCo. is one of the leading companies in our field in the area. We are hiring a talented Scrum Master professional to join our team. If you're excited to be part of a winning team, TechranCo. is a great place to grow your career. We are looking for a Scrum Master to coordinate and coach our software development team. Put simply, you’ll be our go-to person for applying scrum to produce high-quality work. Scrum Master duties include managing timelines, resolving problems, providing documents and reports for managers, and coaching team members on Agile methodologies. Ultimately, you’ll help our CTO to create self-organizing teams that are flexible and fully productive during sprints.

Requirements

Key competencies: - Having at least 2 years of professional experience in the mentioned role for software development - Full mastery of concepts and roles of scrum master’s in software development teams - English Proficiency (Reading and writing) - Full mastery of concepts of agile and scrum (project management boards) - Full mastery of Atlassian software project management platform (JIRA) - Awareness of software production concepts such as conventional architectures - Spontaneous, active and persistent with high PR - Certification for Scrum Master Professional will be considered a positive score. - Having a work experience in this field will be considered a positive score.
