Job Description
- Provide scrum master support to multiple project teams through daily stand ups, sprint planning, sprint retrospectives, sprint and demos, etc.
- Be able to help product owners and project teams break work down into Epics and Stories with a clear definition of done
- Guiding the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values
- Guiding the team on self-organizing to fill in the intentional gaps left in the Agile/Scrum frameworks
- Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity
- Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution
- Providing all support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever possible, and leading by example
- Follow a Product Development Process that includes elements of planning, estimation, gathering and analyzing requirements, developing concepts and designs, implementation, developing and executing test plans' and engaging in work product reviews
