Job Description

- Adequate experience in software development process acceleration - Establishing a constructive communication with the other nimble or clumsy organizational roles - Capability in managing and facilitating Scrum-related meetings and events - In-depth understanding of fundamental concepts of Agility, especially Scrum and the ability of presenting fluent description and explanation of them - Capability in accelerating the decision making procedures, discussions and solving the beneficial conflicts among the Scrum team - Interested in team-work - Believe In collective wisdom and cooperation - Possibility to work overtime Reporting to: Product Owner.
