Requirements

- Have at least 3 years of experience as scrum master. - Has extremely high communication skills - Master degree in Computer Science, IT, Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience) - Strong critical and creative thinking skills - Strong organizational, time management and project management skills - Ability to interact effectively with other team members as well as individuals in other disciplines and organizations - Fluent in Scrum methodology - Expert in documentation - Practical experience on JIRA and Confluence software - Fluent in Visio or similar software - Ability to understand the problem and provide a solution - A team player, energetic and positive attitude - Experience with modern Agile development techniques - Have a related experience in software companies
