Job Description

Specifically looking for people with Agile implementation experience in a fast pace environment. - Provide scrum master support to multiple project teams through daily stand ups, sprint planning, sprint retrospectives, sprint and demos, etc. - Be able to help product owners and project teams break work down into Epics and Stories with a clear definition of done (DoD) - Provide scrum master and product owner coaching to other engineers Form part of the leadership team for Program Increment Planning Events - Support an Agile community of practice - Maintain Epics and Stories in agile tools and generate metrics and reports for associated scrum teams - Guiding the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers - Guiding the team on self-organizing to fill in the intentional gaps left in the Agile/Scrum frameworks - Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization - Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution - Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information - Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially on grooming and maintaining the product backlog - Providing all support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever possible, and leading by example - Follow a Product Development Process that includes elements of planning, estimation, gathering and analyzing requirements, developing concepts and designs, implementation, developing and executing test plans' and engaging in work product reviews
