Job Description
Core responsibilities:
● Lead the team in using Agile mindset and scrum practices.
● Remove impediments and coach the development team on removing impediments.
● Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration.
● Organize and facilitate the Sprint session (Daily stand-up, planning, review, retrospective, grooming).
● Capture end-of-day metrics and prepare burn-down and burn-up charts for daily stand-up.
● Update the current release’s release plan based on completed stories and changes from the sprint.
● Help the product owner and development team to achieve customer satisfaction.
