Business trips and attendance to fairs and conventions are implied. ● Developing an efficient and organized framework of knowledge management to procure, save and distribute information and technical knowledge of medical equipment constantly. ● Training personnel, both internally and at the hospitals that are our customers and end users. ● Organizing and overseeing the handling, installation, repair, and inspection of medical equipment. ● Delivering reports and consulting management on technical subjects and business decisions. ● Overseeing and inspecting of technical documents, catalogs and circulations to alert key beneficiaries in time. ● Delivering strong and deep scientific and technical support to company assets when needed. ● Developing technical documents and presentations as needed. ● Managing all administration tasks concerning medical equipment; establishing a strong link with key people at government agencies. ● Tracking products and gathering performance data and customer satisfaction and complaints. ● Studying new trends worldwide and helping in shaping company strategy.
