Job Description

• Apply industry best-practice software standards and technology to complex business problems. • Create user documentation for software applications. • May be assigned to special projects or required to perform other duties not listed above, which may vary from time to time as determined by management, to meet company needs. • Take on code maintenance and its improvement . • Collaborate with team members, clients and other stakeholders. • Pair with other developers and learn the software development process and life cycle of a feature request . • Continue to learn and hone skills as a software engineer. • Focus on depth of knowledge and expertise in a certain language, tool set and area of the stack. • Raise questions and clarify any ambiguity the junior developer has with an idea or process. • Evaluate, assess and recommend software solutions. • Design and model solutions that fit the problem domain.
