Job Description

• Support of ongoing operations through application support and support for end users • Advice to the departments from an SAP best practice point of view as well as the further development of our SAP HCM solutions • Conception and implementation of innovative solutions • Active further development of our SAP HCM system landscape and participation in the implementation of new technologies • Project management / sub-project management for our digital SAP HCM solutions • Competent contact person in the team as well as for our colleagues across the company • Close cooperation with process architecture and technical teams • In the medium term you will be involved in SAP HR projects; Independent management and control of SAP HR projects is possible

Requirements

• At least a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, IT, Software Engineering, or related fields • Minimum 3 Years of Experience in the field of SAP HCM (Module PY and time management has priority) • An advanced level of proficiency in PY and time management Schema programming • Characterized by the ability to work in a team and an open manner • Excellent ability to quickly penetrate and structure complex issues and relationships and to derive solutions from them • Eager for helping to shape the HCM technology change • An advanced level of proficiency in English • High level of competence with MS Office • ABAP knowledge is an advantage • Prior experience of SAP Work flow is an advantage
