Job Description
• Help organize and lead meetings to gather and validate business requirements • Understand business processes, solutions and process improvements that meet business needs across the organization • Configure and document SAP ERP designs (BBP, spec documentation) both in Persian and English • Receiving and testing system against business requirements, execute unit testing and end to end process testing • Support key users and end users in all phases of the projects • Collecting, cleaning and controlling master data • Prepare training documents and train key users and end users • Work with SAP ERP consultants, developers and analyze requirements for integration with other systems • Assigning the required authorization in SAP ERP environment to users
Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Technology Engineering, IT and industrial Management, Computer Engineering, MBA, Financial Management and accounting from accredited universities. • Experience in ERP implementation projects specially SAP ERP system (configuring, implementing and supporting) • Experience in business processes in finance, management accounting, sales, logistics, material management, procurement and human resource management will be as an advantage. • Ability to do multi-task effectively in a multi-project environment • Good command of English • Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs • Familiarity with telecommunication industry, process documentation (BPMN, UML or other process notations), ITIL will be as an advantage • Ideal Age: less than 35 years • Holding the Military Service card is necessary for men.
